Job Description
Intern role in CD&A Data Science at Amgen, focusing on hands-on experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Participate in projects and develop technical, analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Gain hands-on experience in the biopharmaceutical industry during a 10 to 12-week program
- Participate in team projects tied to strategic and tactical goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners for data-driven solutions
- Perform exploratory data analysis and communicate findings
- Develop technical and analytical skills while providing insights
Requirements:
- 18 years or older
- Graduated with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Currently enrolled in an MBA program, Master’s program, PharmD program, or Ph.D.
- Completion of the first year of MBA or Master’s or PharmD or Ph.D. program before the internship starts
- Must not be employed at the time the internship starts
- Student must be located in the United States for the duration of the internship or co-op
